NUADA (formerly known as MOF Technologies Ltd) is a Belfast-based SME that produces a new generation of ultra-performing gas adsorbents named Metal Organic Frameworks (MOFs) which can be used for a wide variety of applications including CO2 capture or hydrogen storage.

At NUADA we specialise in the manufacture, shaping, and commercialisation of Metal-Organic Frameworks. We have developed the greenest methods to synthesise and shape MOFs at scale using little or no solvents and on greatly reduced timescales by making use of Mechanochemistry (accredited by IUPAC and as Key Innovator by the European Commission). Furthermore, we have state-of-the-art R&D facilities with characterisation and performance evaluation equipment complemented with a unique prototyping workshop.
