Orelis Environnement, a company of Alsys Group, manufactures polymeric membranes for liquid filtration. Orelis designs and build filtration equipment. It is a French SME company with 15 employees. Orelis offers tangential filtration systems using Pleiade® organic membranes. Our membranes are marketed worldwide. 70% of the turnover (5M€) is done worldwide. Orelis has developed membrane plate & frame technology. This technology has been installed since 1987 in Japan for the filtration of human waste water. More than 200 Pleiade® filtration modules are still in operation.

Orelis’ teams provide filtration systems and services for a better operation of membrane systems. Regular monitoring of our customers’ installations guarantees the performance of industrial plants. Orelis is equipped with efficient analysis apparatus in order to performs membrane autopsy and characterization of chemical or mechanical ageing of the membrane during operation.

Orelis’ innovation strategy includes the development of sustainable materials, processes and equipment through ambitious R&D projects. 20% of Orelis turnover is invested in R&D programs: new membranes with improved performances, membranes for gas separation, innovative purification processes.
