CEMEX Innovation Holding has a leadership role in establishing CEMEX’s R&D initiatives and owning and deploying the resulting Intellectual Property (IP) portfolio across its business units and functions worldwide. ​

With an annual investment of more than $40M USD, we work to make of the R&D an evolving and dynamic process that continuously aligns its focus to the global market trends and needs, as well as the company’s overall strategy.

In our Swiss facilities, we have a team of more than 100 people from 25 different nationalities, composed of experts and researchers with backgrounds that range from engineers and commercial strategists that have worked and excelled in our operations, to sociologists and marketers who continuously study and explore new ways of reaching our stakeholders. ​

Additionally, we lead and coordinate all of the R&D efforts done in more than 10 research centers worldwide. ​
